COMFORT & SUPPORT THROUGH TALALAY LATEX

Talalay Latex is designed to provide excellence in Pressure Point care and comfort, whilst maintaining the benefits of Natural Latex.

A precise mix of Natural plantation grown Latex rubber, Synthetic Latex and special additives are mixed with Air to create an open cell bubble structure.

The moulds are filled according to the desired firmness level. The air is extracted from the mould and the remaining liquid is distributed evenly throughout the core.

The mixture is flash frozen which enables the cells to retain their round form. The cell membranes break open and link together to create an open cell structure giving BETTER VENTILATION. The block is then treated with CO2 to stabilise the Latex core.

It is then heated to give the Latex its elastic properties and then removed from the mould.

The Latex core is then washed to create an extremely clean product. Once the Latex is heated and dried, it is pressure tested for firmness and quality.

This advanced process gives Talalay Latex a HIGHLY ELASTIC fluffy feel with SUPERIOR BREATHABILITY to enhance the comfort and healthiness of any sleep surface in which it is used.
